Popular hotel in Kabul damaged by rocket

Officials in Afghanistan have reported a rocket attack near a luxury hotel in the capital Kabul.
The attck, which occurred late Saturday, injured four people when the rocket hit a road near the Serena Hotel, a popular place in Kabul for out of town visitors.
Police surrounded the hotel after the attack and are investigating the area from which the rocket was launched.
Militants have targeted the heavily guarded Serena Hotel, which is in the centre of Kabul, in the past.
It is located near the presidential palace, government ministries and embassies.
Three weeks ago, rockets fired at the hotel forced more than 100 people into an underground bunker for safety.
In 2008, Taliban militants stormed the hotel, killing at least eight people.
